Do you want to improve your technique, become more efficient, and swim faster for triathlon or open‑water competitions? Join our training sessions and experience how quickly you progress when you train with focus, technique, and professional guidance.
With Triathlon Swim Performance, you receive personal coaching, direct feedback, and a training approach fully focused on improving your swim technique — both in the pool and outdoors in open water. Set aside the idea of simply “swimming laps” and focus instead on the technical aspect of swimming, stroke efficiency, and increasing endurance throughout each session.
During every session you swim, you receive clear tips and instructions from your coach. As a result, you will notice almost immediately that you move through the water more smoothly, more calmly, and ultimately faster. The insights you gain during training can be practiced independently during long‑distance sessions—ensuring that your progress continues to develop.
Our training sessions are specifically tailored for triathletes and open‑water swimmers. We train in the 50‑meter pool at the National Swimming Centre De Tongelreep. When possible, we also train in open water. Locations may vary per session.
Based on our experience as athletes and coaches, we see that more and more athletes want to master the combination of swimming, cycling, and running. We help you truly master the swimming component.

Investment
You can pay per individual session, with a 10‑session pass, or per month.
Program
- Training in a 50‑meter pool
- Maximum of 8 swimmers per lane
- 1 coach per lane for maximal attention
- Focus on technique, efficiency, open‑water and triathlon‑specific skills
- Training with a wetsuit is also part of the program

Unlearning poor swimming habits is much harder than learning correct ones from the start. Basic Requirements
- Basic swimming ability required
- Proper swimwear required
- Flip‑flops required in the swimming facilities
- Lockers available and free to use
- Swimming aids such as paddles, pull buoy, kickboard, or snorkel are allowed
- Reservations via the group app or—when using a multi‑session pass or monthly subscription—via our own app
- Please provide your date of birth when registering for the first time
